Meet Tia, Planning Committee.  Tia is responsible for scheduling committee meetings and notifying the members of those meetings and presiding over such meetings. Tia's focus will be on maintaining tranquility and harmony. She will also be responsible for making a list of volunteers and their job assignments, keeping a calendar of finished tasks and unfinished business and motivating people to follow through on outstanding projects.

It’s not unusual for there to be hundreds of miles between relatives. Therefore we are in need of liaison volunteers to help us bridge the gap.  Staying in touch with family is not always easy. You can help us make this part of planning a trouble-free and painless experience by volunteering to join the committee as a Regional Liaison.  These individuals will work closely with Tia to insure the gap is bridged between relatives and the planning committee.  Please visit the Committe page for a full description of these positions.
